Mike Zatchey joined the Butson Financial Advisors division of Stratos Wealth Partners in March 2025.  He believes in being more than just an advisor — he also wants to be a partner in helping you pursue your goals, your personal CFO.

As a parent himself, he understands the financial challenges many families face. Budgeting, retirement planning, college planning — juggling these competing goals is no easy task but with a committed advisor on your side, you don’t have to attempt it alone.  He has been fortunate to guide families and individuals in their journeys to financial freedom over the years and believes that a holistic approach to planning is the secret to success.  Mike is prepared to help you navigate each life stage so that you are moving toward your goals at a pace that fits where you are now and where you want to go.

When not advising clients, Mike enjoys traveling with his wife (Jen), their three kids (Bryce 17, Luka 14, Allie 12), and their two labradoodles (Teddy and Hammy).  You will find him cheering at hockey rinks and baseball fields, spending time on local golf courses and being the best girl dad he can at dance competitions.  Mike, who enjoyed a previous career with the Pittsburgh Penguins, loves all things sports and would love to hear your favorites!
